trim service
Original first instinct business ideas often come with lots of outliers (nonessential inclusions) or even missing essential inliers. Tracing the client’s ideation process back to the market or business increases our understanding of the client’s business problem and optimises and validates the business idea.
We trim the original idea into an opportunity, to deliberately align with your business, market, or strategy. The goal is to identify the digital initiative as IT ideas that digitalize a significant portion of the business idea, complemented by requied business changes and/or creations. The result is a clear understanding of the business case, requirements, and benefits.

Experiment service
Having a business opportunity and digital initiative for its realization is still abstractions on paper or screen. Transforming the digital initiative into experiments such as prototypes, pilot, and/or proof of concept (PoC) creates an entirely new perspective for the customer.
Experimentation opens opportunity to elicite detailed requirements, select options, and clearly formulate the design problem. Was it a business idea about fixing a problematic business capability? Then we partner with the client to develop and test experiments contributing to the fix. Experimenting allows for test and validation of suitable technologies and people resources, including estimation of costs and benefits.
Clients gain confidence in the feasibility of the business idea during experimentation. This brings clarity to the design problem.

Deployed digital solutions including their constituent IT solutions and integrations, need to be managed to cope with changes and new requirements. Our support service is offered to manage customer account.

With the businessify service, we realize the digital initiative. The name “Businessify” emphasises our commitment to deliver digital solutions that must enable desired business execution benefits.

For a business idea to create a new venture, we develop the digital solution for both a marketable product and a matching business model. The ideatrim process
Ideatrim offers four independent but interrelated services that correspond to the phases of its iterative and agile ideatrim process: Trim, Experiment, Businessify and Support.
The Trim and Experimentation services are pre-sale services that optimizes and validate clients’ business idea, elicit requirements for digital initiatives, and concretely define the digital solution design problem. The Businessify and Support phases are post-sale services aimed at planning and delivery and account management of the digital business solution.
The Ideatrim Process, inspired by Design Thinking and SAFe, is both powered and influenced by our capabilities to ensure the efficiency of executing the process and services. Digitalization of the process is currently work-in-progress, to streamline our business model.
