Original first instinct business ideas often come with lots of outliers (nonessential inclusions) or even missing essential inliers. Tracing the client’s ideation process back to the market or business increases our understanding of the client’s business problem and optimises and validates the business idea.
We trim the original business idea into an opportunity, to deliberately give value to your market and business strategy. The goal is to identify IT ideas that digitalize a significant portion of the business idea, complemented by requied business change ideas. The result is a clear understanding of the business case, requirements, and benefits of delivering the IT ideas.

prototyping service
Having a business opportunity and IT ideas for its realization is still abstractions on paper or screen. Transforming the IT ideas into prototypes and proof of concept (PoC) can create an entirely new perspective for the customer.
Prototyping opens up opportunity to elicite detailed requirements, select options, and clearly formulate the design problem. Was it a business idea about fixing a problematic business capability? Then we partner with the client to develop and test prototypes that support and enable the fix for the business capability. Prototyping allows for test and validation of suitable technologies, and estimation of costs and benefits.

Implemented IT solutions, including constituent components and their integrations, need to be managed to cope with changes and new requirements. Our support service is offered to manage customer account.
The business environment may have changed such that an adaptation is required in the current business solution. This will require redesign of the business idea to handles newer constraints such as competitor introduces a new product to market or changes to a better business model, or a new strategic decision needs to be accomplished. With the businessify service, we develop, deliver, and execute IT solutions. The name “Businessify” emphasises our commitment to deliver IT solutions that must ensure desired business benefits of our clients’ business execution.
We design the IT solution architecture and ensure delivery. The goal is a solution that aligns with business activities and solves a business problem. For a business idea to create a new venture, we develop IT solutions for both a marketable product and a matching business model. In case of an established business with an idea to innovate one of its processes, we develop IT Solutions that support and/or enable the innovation.

The ideatrim process
Ideatrim offers four independent but interrelated services that correspond to the phases of its iterative and agile ideatrim process: Trim, Prototyping, Businessify and Support.
The Trim and Prototyping services are pre-sale services that optimizes and validate clients’ business idea, elicit IT solution requirements, and concretely define the solution design problem. The Businessify and Support phases are post-sale services aimed at planning and delivery and account management of the solution for enterprise or cloud deployment.
The Ideatrim Process, inspired by the Design Thinking and SAFe, is both powered by and influenced by our capabilities to ensure the efficiency of executing the process. Digitalization of the process is currently work-in-progress.
